This is the required training to submit reimbursement claims to Account Payable for both non-mileage and mileage reimbursements.

This is the official Grace Health Dragon training for all providers who wish to use Dragon. Please make sure you have submitted a ticket for a PowerMic 4 and to have the software installed on your computer prior to attending this course.
Please go through these slides with your computer and either the PowerMic 4 or the PowerMic Mobile. In order to learn, it is highly recommended that you do the activities as you go through the slides. This way, you will get a better sense of understanding on how to use the system. There is also 2 files that you can download to your computer for quick reference once you start using Dragon. The short quiz at the end is just to confirm that you read through the course and understand the basic concepts.
This is the first step in completing the PAR Continual Education Courses.

Liberty Basic Training

Proper repair and maintenance of your fleet contributes to safety and longevity, while keeping your vehicles in the best possible condition. Fleet Service allows you to track and monitor the maintenance life-cycle of your fleet vehicles. You can proactively schedule preventative maintenance, document repair events and keep track of annual registrations.
This course demonstrates how to:
- create a new service plan,
- review service reminders,
- view a vehicle's maintenance history,
- create a one-time vehicle maintenance record, and
- add fuel purchases.

Proper documentation improves the continuity of patient care and enhances communication with the care team. Proper documentation decreases the likelihood of a successful malpractice lawsuit.

Policy Plus is a management tool used to organize, track, and share the policies of Grace Health with employees. All policies of Grace Health are located in Policy Plus and may be referenced at any time by any employee. In addition, Policy Plus serves as a document tool for the credentialing of providers.
This course informs of basic compliance information set forth in the internal policies and procedures of Grace Health to help Grace Health and its employees comply with the law.
As a FQHC, Grace Health works diligently to comply with guidelines set forth by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
HRSA's programs provide health care to people who are geographically isolated, economically or medically vulnerable. The Grace Health clinics located in Bell Co., Corbin, Knox Co., Leslie Co., and Manchester meet the criteria to qualify for the HRSA programs.
Grace Health complies with standards and practices as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, an agency of the United States Department of Labor. The information and procedures provided in the attached PowerPoint presentation are vital for all employees to know and follow. The OSHA manual for Grace Health is located in PolicyPlus.
